During the meeting we can identify products required and get the OEMs inputs for creating solution. We can have budget assessments based on the costing data base available with us for various items.
After meetings and understanding your requirements, our team will prepare Detailed Project Requirements including itemized costing for creating infrastructure as well as manpower requirements for operation & maintenance and the associated cost. Detailed Project Requirements incorporating the detailed Scope of work, Technical specifications, Time period of execution, Bill of Material and costing etc. can be further discussed and optimized before it is finally agreed.
Once the Detailed project requirements are approved, the Payment terms and mode of execution including selection of System Integrator and Project monitoring and control and timelines for execution can be mutually agreed and decided. The work can be taken up on approvals.
